In November 2019, Oakhill was awarded the ‘Silver Investors in People’ award.
Investors in People is an organisation that assesses how well an organisation is doing at leading and supporting employees.
They do this by measuring performance through people management. It is a simple framework to benchmark the effectiveness of leadership and management practices within the organisation. The model measures high performance and assesses how well we perform against other comparable organisations.
The accreditation is a recognition of putting ‘our people’ first and focusing on talent management in order to sustain staff retention, career development and enhanced continuous improvement.
British Safety Council 5 Star Award @ Oakhill
The Five Star Audit process involves an in-depth examination of an organisation’s entire health and safety management system and associated arrangements. The audit focuses on the key aspects of managing occupational health and safety in the workplace and offers a structured path for continual improvement towards best practice status.
